The Center for Offshore Safety (COS) is entering its second decade of advancing safety, environmental protection, operational integrity, and risk management on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). COS and API have worked together to create training courses to help industry personnel better understand API RP 75, Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS) for Offshore Operations and Assets, the basis of COS work and pivotal document for improving offshore safety.
