School-Business Partnership

Alyeska Pipeline has a school-business partnership with Russian Jack Elementary School – one of the most diverse and low-income schools in the Anchorage School District.

As a partner, Alyeska provides volunteers to read to the children, hosts the entire student body for Halloween trick or treating, provides quarterly lunches for students, and provides a Thanksgiving lunch at the school which serves over 400 students who might not otherwise get a holiday dinner. During the year Alyeska also provides tickets to various cultural and educational events.
