“Ohio is already feeling the benefits of increased production and use of natural gas. The price of natural gas for electric generation has dropped by over 50 percent and over 30 percent for businesses,” said Gerard. “Lower energy costs is just one of many benefits that natural gas is bringing to Ohio consumers and businesses made possible by the technological advancements in hydraulic fracturing.”
