Be Aware: Report Suspicious Activity

Safety and security underpin activities throughout the oil and gas industry. API members recognize the importance of vigilance in the face of various threats to the continuing safety of workers, operations and the public. API has developed its “Be Aware, Report Suspicious Activity” campaign to promote and reinforce that vigilance from the oil field workers to the chemists and engineers discovering new ways to use our vast natural resources. Recognizing suspicious packages, personnel and behavior is essential to keeping processes, people and information safe in today’s challenging environment.
